Suzhou Bay Digital Cultural Industry Conference Held, BOE EWIN's First Digital Art Museum Debuts at Suzhou Bay

On February 27, the inaugural Suzhou Bay Digital Cultural Industry Conference, hosted by the H.629.1 Digital Art Display International Standard Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the H.629.1 Industry Alliance), officially kicked off in Suzhou Bay, Wujiang District, Suzhou City.

Leaders such as Deputy Director of the Cultural and Tourism Department's Industry Development Division Ma Li, Second-Level Inspector of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism Xu Xunhua, Member of the Suzhou Municipal Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department Wang Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Wujiang District Committee and District Chief Wang Guorong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Suzhou Municipal People's Government Sheng Le, Director of the Industry Development Division of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism He Yong, and Executive Vice President of BOE Technology Group, Chairman of BOE EWIN, and Chairman of the H.629.1 Digital Art Display International Standard Industry Alliance Yao Xiangjun attended the event. Representatives from nearly 20 top cultural and museum institutions from across the country, over 200 digital culture enterprises, and relevant leaders from more than ten local governments gathered in Suzhou Bay to discuss new opportunities and challenges in the digital cultural industry and to witness the launch of BOE EWIN's first digital art museum at Suzhou Bay.

The Suzhou Bay Digital Art Museum is located in the southern part of the Suzhou Bay Cultural Center by the East Taihu Lake in Wujiang District and is scheduled to officially open to the public on March 11, 2023. The museum integrates leading technologies such as new display, VR/AR/XR, sensing, AI algorithms, and a digital cultural IoT platform to achieve full-scene digital innovation in artistic content, exhibition methods, and venue operations, creating participatory digital cultural experience scenes for the audience. Adhering to the concept of "technology leadership, rich content, excellent experience, and multi-functionality," the museum will open with three exhibitions: "Lingjing - The World of Future Inspiration," "Lingmou - The Interesting World of Pupil Vision," and "A Journey Through the Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains - The Palace Museum Immersive Art Exhibition," along with multi-business space such as public education centers, art stores, art catering, and multi-functional halls, becoming a new type of digital cultural experience space integrating digital art exhibitions, H.629.1 Industry Alliance base, cultural and technological innovation achievement exhibition center, and youth aesthetic education science popularization experience base.

At the opening ceremony of the Suzhou Bay Digital Art Museum, Ma Li stated that as an innovative base of the H.629.1 Industry Alliance, the museum brings together various forces from the industry chain, including technology, products, content, and applications. Relying on its grand architectural form, rich cultural content, leading technology application, unique scene design, and diverse functional services, it will provide the public with a high-quality digital art experience and set a benchmark for the industry. It is hoped that the alliance will give full play to the role of the innovative base, take on the mission of promoting the integrated innovation and development of technology and culture, focus on the goal of building an innovative exchange and cooperation platform, and strive to make it a domestic digital cultural industry project with demonstrative and leading effects and a benchmark in the field of global digital art display. Wang Yang stated that a series of major cultural industry projects represented by the BOE EWIN Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone Digital Cultural Industry Base are accelerating the layout, and new cultural landmarks such as the Suzhou Bay Digital Art Museum are rising, telling good Chinese and Suzhou stories while vividly demonstrating the industry benchmark benefits of the integration and demonstration of culture and technology. Wang Guorong stated that the Suzhou Bay Digital Art Museum, which was launched today, is a typical achievement of the high-quality development of the cultural industry in Wujiang. As a large digital art museum integrating art exchange, technology experience, cultural heritage, and science popularization education, it will surely become another cultural landmark in the Yangtze River Delta.

As an important base of the H.629.1 Industry Alliance in the Yangtze River Delta region, carrying important functions such as cultural exchange and cooperation, and innovation achievement display. Ma Li, He Yong, Yao Xiangjun, and other leaders including Cao Jun, Chief Engineer of the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism, and Sun Junliang, Deputy District Chief of Wujiang District, jointly unveiled the H.629.1 Industry Alliance base. Units such as the China Children's Art Theatre, China National Digital Group, Tsinghua Art Museum, Beijing Academy of Art, Zhejiang Art Museum, Suzhou Bay Cultural Center, and Poly Culture attended the "H.629.1 Digital Art Display International Standard Industry Alliance Strategic Cooperation Ceremony."
